I am an NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor and Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor.

I have earned the Distinguished Expert rank in Pistol discipline of the NRA / Winchester Marksmanship program.

I have over 25 years of experience safely shooting various calibers and types of pistols.  I enjoy helping others learn about pistols.

 

I'm located in Bloomington / Normal, Illinois, about 1.5 hours south of Chicago.  This business is managed from my home; but courses will be taught at rented facilities.  Currently, I prefer to teach two to four students at a time.  But, because I'm focused on small classes, I am currently not able to rent shooting range time at an affordable cost to the student.  The course fee for such small classes would currently be unreasonable.  I am searching for an appropriate, affordable training location and will be happy to start conducting courses as soon as possible.  Until I am able to arrange classes, I will be happy to help you apply for the Illinois FOID card or NRA membership.
